What products does Macs Stone supply?+
We supply Turkish basalt (tiles, cladding and panels), travertine, and a range of landscape and structural basalt products including cube stone, mini sets, kerbstones, splitface, splitface wall panels, hexagon mosaics and drainage channels (penstock). Bespoke items such as pool coping and steps are available as custom cut-to-size on request.
Where is your stone quarried and produced?+
All of our stone is quarried and manufactured in Türkiye through established quarry and production partners, with origin documentation available from block to finished product.
What finishes are available?+
Depending on the product, finishes include polished, honed, brushed, bush-hammered, flamed, sandblasted, tumbled and natural split (splitface). Travertine is available in cross cut and vein cut, filled or unfilled.
Can I request samples?+
Yes. We provide samples so you can confirm colour, tone and finish before ordering. Request them via the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
Minimums depend on the product and destination. We handle everything from sample orders to full and multiple containers — contact us with your requirements for a tailored quotation.
How is the stone packaged for export?+
Stone is packed on heat-treated wooden pallets and crates, edge-protected, strapped and shrink-wrapped, then loaded into containers with balanced weight and secured against movement. See our Packaging & Loading page for details.
What are typical lead times?+
Lead times depend on the product, finish, quantity and current stock. Once we understand your order we provide a realistic production and shipping schedule with your quotation.
Which countries do you export to?+
We export internationally, with markets including Poland, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, France, United States and beyond. Tell us your destination and we’ll arrange logistics to your port.
Do you provide technical documentation?+
Yes. We can provide technical data sheets and sample test results (density and porosity to TS EN 1936) on request. Key documents are also available on our Downloads page.
