Packaging & Loading
Export packaging is part of our product. Every order is prepared to arrive in the same condition it left the factory — ready to install.
From factory floor to your port
Natural stone is heavy and, at its edges, surprisingly fragile. Our packing and loading process is engineered to remove risk at every stage of the journey.
Pallet & crate preparation
Orders are built onto heat-treated wooden pallets and crates, prepared to support customs clearance in export markets. Timber bearers let forklifts lift the load without ever touching the stone.
Edge & corner protection
Corners and arrises — the most vulnerable points — are protected first with foam, cardboard angle guards and plastic profiles before anything is strapped, absorbing impact during handling.
Strapping & shrink wrap
Bundles are tensioned with strapping over protective corner pieces, then shrink-wrapped against dust and moisture, locking every piece firmly in place for transit.
Container loading
Loading is planned so weight is balanced across the container floor and within axle limits. Pallets are placed tight and any voids are dunnaged so nothing can shift at sea or on the road.
Safe transportation
Stable, road-safe and sea-safe loads leave the factory secured against movement — the single biggest cause of stone damage in transit is eliminated before departure.
Export documentation
Every shipment travels with correct commercial and shipping documentation and, on request, technical test data — to support smooth customs clearance at destination.

Built for large, repeatable shipments
Whether you need a single container of cube stone or repeat pallets of tiles and cladding across a multi-phase project, packing is standardised and documented so quality never depends on who packed the crate.
